1. Agreement and Scope

• These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all webinar series, digital courses, downloads, and subscription services purchased from www.morganawalker.com.
• By purchasing or subscribing you enter a binding agreement to these Terms and provide consent to participate in live and recorded sessions, Q&A, and subscriber forums.

2. Consent to Participate and Use of Materials

• You consent to being part of live webinars and recorded sessions. Recordings, slides, and resource packs will be made available to subscribers.
• All materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. Redistribution, resale, or public performance is prohibited without written permission.

3. Clinical Boundaries and AHPRA Compliance

• Content is educational and general in nature and does not replace individual clinical assessment or therapy. Participants should seek personalised care where needed.
• Morgana Walker MAPS and any registered practitioners delivering content will comply with AHPRA and National Board guidance for telehealth, virtual care, and professional practice, including informed consent, privacy, and clinical governance expectations.
• Practitioners will inform participants of any limitations of virtual care, confirm identity where required, and maintain appropriate professional indemnity arrangements as per AHPRA guidance.

Important: Filial Therapy and other clinical techniques taught are intended for supportive, educational use; they are not a substitute for clinical treatment where a child or family requires individualised care.

4. Payment, Access & Refunds

• Full Series Subscription and Single Session pricing apply as listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely via the website.
• Refund policy: Full refund up to 14 days before the first session; 50% refund up to 7 days before; no refunds within 7 days of a session. Recordings remain available to subscribers.
